Yes. The LTI 1.3 integration is compatible with both Original and Ultra course views, ensuring a consistent experience for all users regardless of which version your institution uses.

Students are identified automatically through their existing institutional Blackboard credentials. They access Wooclap activities just like any other course resource, with no separate registration or login required.

After each session, you can sync one of three data types to the Grade Center: results (scores based on correct answers, converted to a percentage), attendance (whether the student signed the attendance sheet), or participation (percentage of questions answered). Only students who accessed the event through Blackboard are included in the sync.

Results sync only includes question types that have a correct answer, such as multiple choice questions or Find on Image. Question types without a correct answer, such as open questions or word clouds, are not counted in the results score. Participation sync, however, counts all questions answered.

The initial setup is handled by your Blackboard administrator, who configures Wooclap as an LTI 1.3 external tool. Wooclap provides full documentation and support throughout. Once set up, instructors can add and manage activities independently with no further admin involvement needed.
