Theme customization in Wooclap works at two distinct levels, depending on your plan.
With a Wooclap Pro license, you can create and save your own custom themes and reuse them across all the events you own. Define your colors, upload your logo, set a background, and save the result as a reusable theme. Every new event you create can then reflect your personal visual identity without starting from scratch each time.

How the Theme customization works
Open the theme editor
In your event settings, navigate to Theme to start customizing your visual identity.
Customize your design
Add your logo, choose primary and secondary colors, define a background image, and adjust opacity to match your brand guidelines.
Save and reuse
Save your theme and apply it to any future event. On a site license, administrators can make themes available to the whole organization and set a default for new events.
