Yes! We offer a Starter plan where you can explore the basics of Wooclap for free. You can sign up, create questions, and collect answers from your participants without paying. The Starter plan is perfect if you want to try live interactivity with a limited number of questions before upgrading to a Wooclap paid plan.

You can pay with credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) for all business plans.
For EU users, SEPA payments are also available.
Companies, schools, or universities on Corporate/Campus plans can pay directly by bank transfer.

A Presenter is a user who can present content and receive answers during a Wooclap session. The plan admin also counts as a presenter.
Participants (the people answering your questions) are not considered presenters.

The number of participants varies based on your subscription plan:

- Starter, Basic, and Pro plans: Up to 1,000 participants per event.

- Corporate/Campus plans: Need more than 1,000 participants? Contact us to discuss a tailored solution that meets your needs.

You can cancel your subscription to our pricing plans any time before your next billing period, by deactivating the auto-renewal at least 48 hours before your renewal date. You will not be charged anymore after that. You can easily cancel your subscription by accessing your billing information page, in the Wooclap app. If you do not cancel at least 48 hours prior to your renewal date, your subscription will be automatically renewed and we will charge your account using the payment method you previously provided.
Note that all our subscriptions are billed annually.

You can access to all your invoices in by going to your account settings, and then clicking on "Billing information" at the top of the page.

You can upgrade from one plan to another anytime during your billing period (all our plans are billed annually). We calculate a prorata, including what you already paid for your inital subscription, and charge the difference depending on the number of remaining days of your annual subscription.
