What skills and sectoral, industrial, regulatory, technical, commercial knowledge does the company have? What makes them unique?
What adjacent activities do they enable us to access and develop? Do they enable us to develop a unique competitive position?
What distribution network is in place? What are its characteristics? What makes it unique? Does it enable access to other stakeholders, distribution of other products, services, etc.?
By asking the right questions collectively, this model promotes effective, informed decision-making. Use this model to make informed strategic decisions.
